  • Responsible for all Finance, HR, IT, General affairs, and legal activities.
  • Monthly closing review - Support Division manager to improve closing process.
  • Monthly / yearly reporting - Prepare and review monthly financial report in line with group policy, and provide all necessary report to Sales, operations, and management.

  • Manage timeline of budget and prepare necessary documents, presentation, and step to system upload.
  • Cash management & Credit management - Manage treasury transactions (Bank accounts, Cash flow management.)
  • Overview credit insurance according to customer credit limit (review payment term timely).
  • Inventory management - Review inventory validation and handle necessity adjustment if need.
  • Cost controlling - Transfer pricing analysis in line with group policy and party transactions., Review all costing transaction is applicable and necessity adjustment if need.
  • Process implement project - Manage / support Finance, logistic, IT for process implementation project.
  • Provide financial support for subordinates.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including developing and implementing new accounting activity, as necessary.
