People are my passion and building relationships comes naturally to me. I started my studio in my garage with 1 client and 3 reformer machines. Fast forward 8 years and we have grown to a team of 16 instructors, a Reformer Studio fitted out with 12 state of the art reformer beds and a beautiful Yoga Studio. I am ready for a new challenge and make a positive impact in the LSKD community.
I know the importance of building a strong foundation within a team environment, whilst simultaneously setting individual goals in both business and personal life to keep pushing myself to be 1% better everyday.
My management style is solution focused,moving the team towards the same goal using existing skills whilst finding new and more efficient ways.
Being coachable is one of my biggest strengths. I love to learn, ask questions and do my own research to keep building and growing all whilst sharing my knowledge on to those around me.
