After graduating from a junior college, I worked as a bridal planner at a local hotel in Nagano Prefecture. My responsibilities included planning and organizing bridal fairs, guiding customers visiting for venue tours, and providing support on their wedding day.
Subsequently, I joined a company affiliated with NHK, where I spent approximately 10 years handling administrative tasks related to NHK subscription fees. This included processing information, handling complaints, and training new employees. I also gained experience in tasks related to new systems, such as system testing and error verification, during a short-term assignment.
After resigning, I spent about two years living in France, where I studied the local language and culture. Upon returning to Japan, I worked as a temporary employee, engaging in sales and general administrative tasks as well as call center operations. In 2021, I joined Dell Technologies and currently handle back-office operations for storage sales. My role includes preparing quotations, responding to internal inquiries, and performing calculations using specialized tools.
My main duties are to support sales staff and SEs by preparing quotations, responding to inquiries from within the company regarding configurations and products, and creating power calculations and rack mounting drawings using dedicated tools.
