With almost 8 years of successful recruitment experience in Japan I am at the crossroads where I am looking forward to the next leap in my career that will significantly advance my contribution in this field. I would be best described as a manager and motivator who always tries to look at the silver lining, beyond difficulties and barriers. I have experience in fields as diverse as journalism and recruitment consulting. Though seemingly poles apart, they have taught me how to be aggressive, positively assertive and get the job done when all paths seem to be blocked. As a polyglot I always find the quickest and easiest method to express myself in any language I know. Have been recipient of the MEXT [文部科学省] Scholarship from the Govt. of Japan.
