Kotaro Takamatsu

I have customer service experience from working in the hospitality industry and retail, and I have also been a college student-athlete. In football I learned what dedication, working as a team, and performing under pressure entail. Working as a waiter at a luxury hotel taught me to serve all VIPS and tourists professionally and in English. I have also built strong rapport with the neighborhood customers at the local grocery store due to the pleasant and dependable services that I offered them. I look forward to utilizing my communication and attention to detail skills at the dealership and earning the trust of my customers.
