[Basic Design Engineering ]

1. Designed the outline of the rotor shaft and blades to meet required performance, stability and safety standard.

2. Designed the overall arrangement of machinery, foundation, anchor bolts and acoustic cover(to reduce noise), considering the site environment and piping arrangements.

[Detail Design Engineering ]

1. Created detailed drawings for product manufacturing, considering both cost-effectiveness and production efficiency.

2. Calculated the assembly clearances and strength, considering thermal expansion and centrifugal force.

[Development engineering]

1. Analyzed vibration to design rotor shafts that avoid resonance, considering unbalanced weight.

2. Analyzed blade strength and natural frequencies, and adjusted the blade design to avoid blade resonance.

3. Analyzed stress and air leakage of the new developed casing for high efficiency.

[Cost Engineering]

1. Estimated production costs for the design changes to meet customer requirements, and also verified feasibility of the changes.

2. Reduced production costs by changing the design to optimize manufacturing and on-site installation processes.

3. Established strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms for high-quality components at competitive prices.

• Provided support to new foreign students from various different countries in the dormitory with translation service for Japanese and English.
• Improved resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

• Led a squad during infantry dismounted battle drills and situational training exercises.
• Trained teams on emergency situation preparedness and integration of tactical planning, equipment maintenance and weapon use.
• Supported and ensured the well-being and cohesion of my squad in the challenging environment of a General Outpost.
