I worked in the accounting team for 2 years and in the human resources department for 1 year.

In accounting department, I was a member of consolodated accounting team. Our mission is making consolidated financial statement every month. I was in charge of sales category. I investigate why each drug's sales were strong or weak, make summerize of each medicine sales in financial statement. The way of investigate was looking former financial statement, making conference with the drug price representatives.

We made larger financial statements at the end of each quarter and year.

As for other project, I worked with the parent company's staff to improve system tools to report sales to the parent company.

In human resorce department, I was mainly in charge of trainig office staff. I went to an external training facility every day and was in charge of the employee training office. The year I transferred to the Human Resources Department, the theme was English education, so I worked with foreign employees to find and contact part-time external English instructors. We held an English festival at our head office over two days, providing many people with English education materials and presentations by instructors. I ordered English festival T-shirts.

I write corporate blog to introduce the way of studying English for every staff in company as daily business. I'm not sure the exact number of reader of our department blog. I think the in-house blog was a success because I had the opportunity to hear from staff who read the English blog within the company.
