• Assist in the management from tender to delivery of all on-going construction project (more than 50 for a turn-over of roughly 30 B JPY)
• Provide value-added expertise in project and construction management subjects.
• Identifies needs and amelioration that are not being addressed for current projects and heavily contributes in the development of such.
• Establish standardized programs and progress reporting tool to ensure and quantify impacts of programs and delivery.
• Assigns, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned staff;

For every Major construction Water treatment, Waste to Energy Projects (above 1 B Yen in capital expenditure):

• Set cost control, cash flow monitoring along with Profit & Loss reporting
• Set program management & control ( Microsoft Project& Smartsheet)
• Implementation of risk management procedure along with the mitigation plan
• Implementation of monthly progress review and interface management with Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning teams
• Liaise with Legal department to ensure compliance
• Liaise with Finance department to manage budget and contingencies allocation
• Advice Project managers on the need basis

For Medium and Big scale Project on Water treatment, Waste to Energy Projects (more than 4mEUR, FIDIC or Usual Japanese contract - 工事請負契約書):

• Risks & Opportunities assessments - during tender stage to execution, Risks & Opportunities analysis to define contingencies, to adapt the contractual strategy of a given project.
• Contract Management - during tender stage: contract modification and negotiation, price adjustment definition; during execution: invoicing, change management, communication drafting, client contractual strategy.
• Claim Management with Clients and Subcontractors (Delay analysis, prolongation analysis, disruption analysis, Impacting event recording)

Back office & Tender support for JICA financed Overhead Transmission Line projects:

• Foundations design and bill of quantities estimation
• Progress monitoring and reporting on projects general schedule.
• Contract Management of the vendors
• Factory Acceptance test management of the vendors
• Liaison with vendors (towers, hardware, Conductors), technical proposal verification, price negotiation.

Key Accomplishments:

• Successful development and implementation of an automated tool for fast and reliable foundation design computation (design of 40 different foundations over 1 month span for a short period tender)
• Created an efficient schedule tracker to monitor both supplies status and on‐site construction progress
• Mentored Colleagues on foundation design through regular presentations.

-> France, US & Canada – management of underground HV cables projects (from 50k€ to 2m€):

• Construction preparation (client liaison, surveys, Quality and safety documentation, logistic, fabrication follow‐up)
• Construction management (Schedule, Contractual and quality)
• Management of the on‐site team assigned to each project

-> Savoie‐Piémont Project (54m€):

• Coordination with the client and the joint venture leader
• Construction method (scheduling, logistic)
• Construction follow‐up (Schedule, Financial and quality)

Key Achievements:

• Projects always delivered to the end‐client on time with budgets requirements respected.
• Developed strong on‐site employee productivity and was able to identify and eliminate work hazards.
• Organized and led progress meeting on big projects (>1m€) with all stakeholders to ensure same level of information through the company.

BIOSAV Project (1.2 B EUR Waste Water Treatment Project)

• Contract management (QS work, coordination with design team regarding all battery limits)
• Coordination with the architect and civil contractors for optimization of plant's design and costs
• Production of methods' specifications
• -> Preparation of metal work's tenders.

Key Achievement:

Reduce budget of metal work by 25% on a 10m€ contract by looking for new supplier and assessing their production capacity.

Waste Water Treatment Plant "Les Grésillons 2" (capital expenditure of 320 m EUR):

-> Contract management:

• Reporting of financial matters impacting us resulting from civil non-conformance or impacting the civil contractor resulting from design modification.
• Monitoring of the handing over progress (delays, analysis) for all structural works and piping installation.
• Claim Management

-> Coordination/Supervision with the civil contractor:

• Interfacing and monitoring of the progress and construction quality of the civil subcontractor.
• Handing‐over organization and supervision.

Key Achievements:

• Protected successfully the company's interests by putting together a claim deterrent file against the civil work company.
• Handed‐over the whole plant to the mechanical and erection subcontractors (more than 300 inspections in less than a year) on time.

As part of the Fujairah F2 Integrated Water and Power Plant project (800 m EUR capital expenditure), i was entrusted with the following tasks :

• Civil subcontractor's supervision,
• Liaison with the design team for the remedial of any civil design flaws or of any non-conformance from the civil subcontractor.
• Coordination between civil and HVAC, Electrical and Fire Fighting subcontractors
• Establishment, follow-up and remedial of punch items with the client's project.
• Supervision of the firefighting system's erection and the handing over to the commissioning.

Key Achievements:

Scheduled and supervised the civil work subcontractor while enforcing the project safety regulations.
