  • Transformed an inherited communications team of 34 with unclear R&Rs into an award-winning team that can better serve the company’s forward-looking interests as a global company.
  • Established award-winning Sustainability and Responsibility strategy, and built a formal governance mechanism to co-create, validate, and approve strategic initiatives required to deliver on the Sustainability and Responsibility strategy for the Corporation.
  • Successful crisis and stakeholder management of LIXIL’s worst corporate crisis since inception led to enhanced trust and investor confidence in LIXIL in 2015.

  • Rebuilt, reorganized, and led three new teams that were globally fit for purpose: Global Communications, Global Government Affairs and Public Policy, and Belgium Public Affairs, with new R&Rs and a strategic planning process that aligned and integrated priorities across teams.

  • Upgraded bench of CGA talent across all Business Units and led a strategic planning process to align the team’s work scope to the business’s priorities (a first for the function at that time).
  • Created a policy platform to enable more effective policy outcomes for industry.
  • Established strategic partnerships to enhance the corporate awareness of Kraft Foods.
