• Managed a portfolio of 100+ accounts of sale-on-credit clients/distributors, maximum credit line of single account up to US$2M.
• Zero bad-debt. Reduced AR turnover by 10 days for mainland China's lubricant distributors by optimizing payment methods, which was a cross-functional project that also involved collaboration with external parties, including banks.
• Oversaw working results of three Credit Analysts, who conducted regular creditworthiness assessment for clients/distributors to make sure sufficient and appropriate credit line was granted.
• Monitored working results of 5 to 10 AR Specialists, including census reports of payors to determine actions for overdue accounts. For significant overdue cases, reviewed Action plans agreed upon by the client/distributor, Salesforce, Treasurer, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Conducted monthly account reviews with Salesforce, synchronize data related to particular customers/distributors, i.e. recent Credit assessment findings, payment performance, credit risks of customer/distributor's primary bank(s), etc.
