Rack for Current Conducting Frame (CCF)

- Iterated on a previously unsuccessful design raised by another designer at the company for storage and transportation of the CCF, a core component of the company’s electrolyzer product, with a length of more than a person's height, weighs around 10 kg per piece, and there are more than 100 of the same piece in a single electrolyzer.
- Completely solved the CCF alignment issue on the rack, and introduced a simple yet effective capture mechanism so that the rack could be transported by both human and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).
- Iterated on the build material and minimized the cost, while improving the structure rigidity and ensuring worker's ergonomics.

- Designed a support structure for fabricating a core component of the company’s electrolyzer product. The component is longer than a person's height, and there are more than 200 of the same piece in a single electrolyzer.

- Improved the mechanism of a convertible Ikea sofa bed and applied it to create a new lay-flat business class chair on 737 airplanes.
- Identified the key functional specifications of the original mechanism, calculated the mobility and limit positions of the new mechanism, and conducted the force analysis to ensure the transformation is smooth, and the design meets all regulations.
