- Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of Bloomberg terminal and Exchanges’ products
• Onboard clients and sales rep onto various Exchange products and driving relevant exchange agreements, directly liaise with Exchanges to obtain required approvals.
• Provide dedicated support and relationship management for major firms/internal sales teams Identify and mitigate risks by proactively seeking solutions to resolve the issue, while remaining compliant
• Liaise with Engineering Teams to articulate system enhancements, test new functionalities, improve workflow inefficiencies, and rectify glitches.

- Selected Projects:

• Exchange data product launch: Analyzed current and future users and data pricing, reporting obligations, enablement logic and systematic limitations required for product implementation.
• Client usage audit: Organized resources to make a report that identifies and mitigates risk for Bloomberg and client by providing stewardship on exchanges related processes and implementing policy guidelines.

- Responsibilities:

• Support for financial planning, KPIs formulation, and execution of digital advertising marketing measures.
• Investigate portfolios to underline drivers of advertising campaign deliveries and develop reports that summarize account product profiles and facilitate effective account management.
• Engage and establish relationships with various business functions, such as Sales, Product Strategy, Operation, and collaborate to provide descriptive analysis for finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for efficient workflow, standardize the process, and automate data processing that shortens wait time and reduce operation error.
• A core member of Global BI community to communicate on behalf of APAC local teams to maintain proficiency with latest database technologies and mentor new starters.

- Selected Projects:

• Ads sale analysis: Performed commercial data analysis on agency advertising sales and promotions by leveraging big data of advertising industry then turn analysis into BI system product for sales leaders.
• Ads revenue forecast: Constructed a time series forecasting model to observe historical sales pattern and drive future strategic decision-making.
• Twitch budget allocation: Utilized mathematical methods to create budget allocation by account model to help distribute budget for Twitch Ads product in one fiscal year.
• New dataset UAT: Teamed with global data team to deep dive into analyzing new datasets in the database for migration, discovering discrepancies, and proposing solutions.
• APAC Advertising Finance Wiki page: Initiated and created resourceful web wiki page using HTML and Javascript for team to easily share knowledge internally and externally.

- Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions – Comprehensive Tableau/PowerBI dashboards which illustrate progress against goal, identify key impacts, and provide actionable insights for business partners.
• Deep dive in complex issues or ambiguous requests to provide simple and clear solution in written document/visualization.
• Appointed as AIG Japan Ambassador during global summit to hold sessions that introduce Japan data analytics team and its BI products that help optimize company operation and business.
• Hold office hour and learning session to align concept, explain methodology, and coach audience to understand and utilize data correctly.

- Selected Projects:

• Japan PTA School Map Lens: Collaborated with agencies/solicitors to build a highly user-interactive map visualization from Tableau to display location of schools colored by student policy participation rate and manifest the potential market growth area.
• Commercial Property Rate Revision Analysis: Worked with actuaries and utilized PowerBI to identify causes of low retention ratios and highlight on insurance products that could possibly sustain rate change impact.
• Automobile Driver Analysis: Created customer segment portfolio of car drivers and analyzed tendency of the customer to have an accident and its severity in the future.
• Python web crawling: Automated the web procedures which eliminated 2 hours weekly manual work and increased team efficiency.
