Skills and Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe learning environment for students.
• Prepare the instructional materials before the class starts.
• Communication with the Japanese teacher for the announcement and school events.
• Welcome the students to the classroom and greet the parents and children to make them feel comfortable.
• Assist younger students (2-5 years old) to take out their book, calendar, and check their picture cards to make sure they memorize the vocabulary of the week.
• For older students (6-15 years old) I check their homework and vocabulary.
• Deliver the lesson based on weekly themes. Make sure to use the flashcards, sing and dance, and incorporate a Game-based learning to balance subject matter with game play.
• Utilize diverse teaching approaches to help students of all abilities understand lesson material.
• Send off the students and remind the parents about the homework and English Class schedule.
• Fill out the detailed lesson report.
• Maintain a clean and organize classroom.
• Hold a parent's observation twice a year.
• Developed student comprehension by incorporating visual aids, multimedia presentations, and group activities.

• Get students ready for lunchtime and snack time, and encourage them to eat and converse appropriately.
• Execute provided lesson plans.
• Deliver lessons based on weekly themes. Using flashcards, song and dance, real objects or pictures.
• Create a monthly English bulletin board for the school and parents.
• Always provide appropriate supervision for children and guide them to maintain the bathroom schedule.
• Arrange the room for nap time and assist the head teacher in making sure that children are well-rested.
