Cargowise One Certified Professional and Super User for Air/Ocean. Coverage for NORAM, LATAM, and EU (on occasion).
Troubleshot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
Escalation Lead for all Cargowise One Escalations within US/CA/LATAM.
Worked with Training and Application Support (TAS) to assist with CW1 user account creation, role assignments and role modifications. (ie: Industrial Projects (IPR), Master Data Management (MDM), Finance)
Trained staff and users to work with computer systems and programs. As a Super User for Cargowise 1 Air/Ocean/GTW, it was expected we train our agents/operators and keep them updated with system changes, structural changes and any regulatory changes that would impact our operations. (ie: AFR Brazil Security Filing Requirements)
Trained New Hires on User Guides as needed and Teams.
Developed Training Decks as needed for CW1 Super User training deployment and ITS deployment.
Assisted staff and users with computer malfunctions and program problems. Issues range from Win10, Teams, VPN, Citrix, AD memberships, CW1, and others.
Assisted Air Exports with checking Customs approval/denial of shipments via Descartes in compliance with the new AFR Security Filing requirements as required by Brazil.
Developed and managed project plans while providing status updates to management.
Tested newly installed programs and applications to validate operability.
Assisted Air/Ocean with Sick files with a focus on missing DG Class and Substance.
