Responsibilities:
- Testing code releases and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the development, staging, or production phases.
- Managing the underlying infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network systems, to ensure they support software application requirements.
- Optimizing processes and resources to improve efficiency, and scaling systems to meet increasing demand.
- Creating and maintaining detailed official documentation for software and system operations, including incident reports and system status updates.
