  • Onboard Incremental or replacement hires and be responsible for new hire training. Host Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR) with TTS-ASIA Onboarding leadership with focus on scorecard and metrics.
  • Act as Citi escalation point of contact and support the Onboarding Documentation Specialist, Onboarding Technical Implementation Manager and other internal Project Team Members to ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Ensure no impacts to business and proactive communication to business stakeholders (Sales, Relationship Manager, Account Manager) on deal metrics, ensure higher visibility to pipeline and revenue.
