Onboard Incremental or replacement hires and be responsible for new hire training. Host Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR) with TTS-ASIA Onboarding leadership with focus on scorecard and metrics.
Act as Citi escalation point of contact and support the Onboarding Documentation Specialist, Onboarding Technical Implementation Manager and other internal Project Team Members to ensure adherence to governance standards.
Ensure no impacts to business and proactive communication to business stakeholders (Sales, Relationship Manager, Account Manager) on deal metrics, ensure higher visibility to pipeline and revenue.
