During my time at Nojima, I prioritized conducting customer interviews to understand their true needs. This skill helped me actively listen and provide tailored solutions, which is essential in any customer-facing role, including education.
I made sure to respond to all customers, whether they were purchasing products, making inquiries, or requesting returns, with polite language, appropriate facial expressions, and a strong sense of hospitality. This experience allowed me to develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which I believe will be valuable in supporting students and parents in a Japanese language school setting.
