I began my career as an Assistant Language Teacher, where I developed lesson plans, led classes, and created engaging presentations. While working on a PowerPoint project, I discovered a need for coding skills, which sparked my interest in programming. I started by taking online courses and self-studying to build a strong foundation, then joined the Le Wagon full-stack development bootcamp to learn coding properly and take the next logical step toward becoming a full-stack engineer. Through this journey, I gained hands-on experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. I am now eager to apply my skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to contribute as a junior developer and grow within the tech industry.
Collaborated with lead teachers to plan teaching schedules and design engaging lesson plans. Created worksheets and presentations, leveraging tools like PowerPoint, where I began exploring Python to automate and enhance presentation design. Supported classroom activities by checking tests, grading students' papers, and providing constructive feedback. Effectively managed classroom behavior to ensure a productive and positive learning environment.
Independently planned and conducted private language classes for adult students. Designed tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning objectives, organized class schedules, and secured suitable rental spaces for lessons. Led engaging and interactive sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for student growth and confidence in language skills.
