As a Yanmar marine generator commissioning engineer, I am responsible for overseeing the entire process from the installation of the ship's generator at the shipyard to its normal operational use. My responsibilities include:

• Checking the correct installation of the generator's insulation, phase, and control circuits.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of all generator alarm points.
• Verifying that the generator's fuel, lubricating oil, cooling water, control air, and starting air meet the minimum startup conditions.
• Successfully starting the generator and completing the required tests.
• Accompanying the ship during sea trials to ensure the generator works properly and completes related tests.

I served Cosco as a fourth engineer for four years, I was responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of boilers/air conditioners/anti-pollution equipment/various pumps/hydraulic deck machinery.

Maintain equipment according to maintenance plan.

Troubleshooting equipment when it doesn't work.
