I’m a skilled Guest Experience agent with a passion for hospitality and I have 3 years of extensive experience as a reputable hotel chain called Marriott. Likewise, I’m looking for a job in the hospitality industry to build my career in hotel management and I feel I would be a great fit for your company.

I have successfully completed diploma level in Airline and Hospitality Management industry offered by Trajal Hospitality and Tourism College in Japan before enrolling for Marriott chain.

In addition, I have successfully followed several courses in Japanese Language(N2 Level), Chinese Language(Standard Course),IT(Standard Knowledge)and basic computer science.

I am currently working as a receptionist at the Marriott Group( Tokyo EDITION Toranoman Hotel) where I have honed my team working skills, communication skills and customer service skills for the past 3 years. I would love to bring my abilities into the world of hospitality, where I can help people make the most out of their stay at the hotel premise. Some of my relevant skills for the industry include facilitating customers and ensuring the credibility of the details. Similarly, working as a part of a team to meet objectives and offer assistance, using various IT systems to make bookings, change appointments and communicating with customers in a professional and a courteous manner are other professional working skills of mine.

Swimming

My Passion is swimming. since I was young I started to learn how to swim and become a better swimmer after few year. I participated few swimming competitions in India in 2013 and it gave me a more energy to become a competitor as a swimmer. I think that swimming is a therapy to build your own confidence and motivation for your ability.
