· Assistant of a special online forum for high school students, in which students experienced the liberal arts education of the university by attending one of the courses from psychology, international relations, gender sexuality, biology, and philosophy.

· Lead discussions and debates for better engagement of the students

· Assisted the professor by handling ZOOM as the programme was fully remote

· Lead groups of 1-20 preparatory students and their parents on tour throughout campus during COVID-19. Engaged them with interesting facts that were not written on the university website.

· Handled questions and problems through excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence speaking with a large diversity of people.

·Shared knowledge of menu items and flavors, enabling customers to make personal decisions based on taste and interest.

·Greeted new customers, discussed specials and took drink orders.

·Kept server areas clean and stocked to increase efficiency while working tables.
