I am Harsha Sharma, a 47 year old Indian. I graduated in Commerce from Saurashtra University, Gujarat. After graduation, I completed my fashion designing diploma. During my time in the fashion industry which lasted for 12 years, I had an opportunity to work with small villages, as well as Gujarat khadi and Karnataka khadi to design clothes. In addition, I have attended and taken a variety of electives.
I am passionate about Art, Clothes, Food, and Languages. I am fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. I have passed the first two levels of the French exams. But I couldn’t continue doing French as my job was hectic.
After working in the fashion industry for so long, I wanted a change. Earlier, cooking and baking were only hobbies. But later on I received an opportunity to work at a cafe, which changed my perspective on healthy cooking. Since the past 8 years, I have been working in the food field. It was quite a hectic and stressful job. I was responsible for setting up the restaurant, developing the menu, creating new recipes, buying equipment, training the staff, and managing it. I first worked at Sky Touché le Cafe which is situated in Bangalore, for about 2 years. Later, I received an offer from Neem Tree Restaurant which is situated in Auroville, to help start up their restaurant, hence I shifted to Auroville. During my time at Neem Tree, I also got the chance to work with a local school, named The Learning Community. I conducted cooking classes for the children and enjoyed working beside them.
I am currently learning Japanese at a language school in Kyoto. I am pursuing Japanese because I love to learn languages. I reside in Kyoto and I am looking for a job that requires my skills. I have immense experience in the cooking field and I am fluent in English.

I worked for the Tea Monk company, which produces tea. I was responsible for pairing their fragrant organic teas with baked goods. To pair with the tea, I experimented with various flavours and textures. During my time at the Tea Monk Company, I learned a lot about flavours.
I'm currently studying Japanese at the Nihongo Center in Japan.
I am a huge fan of Japanese sweets and would like to know more about them
Currently, I am working on Premier Pro and DaVinci for editing videos, and I am good at social media marketing.
