Project Overview:
Led the migration of an ERP system from Oracle to D365. Managed a team of over 25 individuals across two subsidiaries of Accenture located in Japan and India. Conducted requirement management with the customer in Japan, while design, development, and system testing were carried out in India. Integration testing and deployment were managed from Japan. My team owned the customization and migration of three operational modules, including finance, customer service, and call center.
