• I had a big chance and a challenge to work in this project from the very beginning. As client did not have any knowledge about technology, I had a responsibilities from,
• understanding client's core business model.
• gathering requirements from actual users.
• creating specifications and road maps to develop and execute those requirement into the product.
• discussion about product KPIs with client and putting them into product road map.
• active communication with marketing and sales team to understand actual market and user needs.

• IoT Product developed for our client Daihatsu corporation.
• It is a Smartphone application product.
• Measure your heart rate with a smart band and high / low with the application. An app that alerts you to your heart rate, long hours of driving, and more.

My responsibilities as a Project Manager were,

• Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.
• Managed all phases of projects from procurement to commission.
• Verified quality of deliverables and conformance to specifications before submitting to clients.
• Tracked project and team member performance closely to quickly intervene in mistakes or delays.
• Maintained open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to customers.
• Oversaw high profile projects for by planning, designing, and scheduling phases.
• Provided accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications.

• A project Me and my the that time team has executed and developed a Web based application for one the big brand name in the field of Merchandise and Retail Casual clothing in Japan.
• Right-on ( https://biz.right-on.co.jp/ ) A system to manage all of the Product images being used in the retail company, Including products and model photos being used in online E-commerce site of the client.
• T he system includes the core and basic functions like Images upload, Resize, and integrate with the Online E-commerce platform.
• All of that with only few steps and minimum screen engagement of real person.
• Client was seeking for a solution where they can easily manage the Images being taken by vendors or photography companies.
• Because prior to the system, those tired-some works where almost done manually.

• A solution to client's biggest hurdle of maintaining whole system in Relational Database.
• We proposed a solution to move whole system from Database sysetem to Linux file based system, which is fast and more cheaper solution.
• I was mainly responsible for development of understanding current processes written in Stored Procedures, and implement them into Linux Bash Shell scripts.
• I was also managing team of two developers and a tester for the same.
• Previous system in RDBMS was time consuming and costly mainly because of the volume of the data.
• We converted all the night batches into Linux bash scripts and the data in file system.
• Which is comparatively faster to retrieve and process upon.
