1. Project: Service Delivery and Service Management
Organization: TCS

Responsibilities:

  • Working on Azure and OMS logs to identify real time customer issues in production environment.
  • Working closely with L3 Teams to follow up for issue resolution.
  • Monitoring daily operations for after SOP Nissan vehicles and fixing the issues before delivery to customer.
  • Monitoring Vehicle manufacturing issues and creating the many types of campaign which is upgrade the Firmware of the Vehicle IVI.

2. Project: Test Management and Issue Definition Centre for In-vehicle infotainment System

Description: This project is all about defining the testing strategies and defect prioritization so as to support tier 1 supplier of the software in resolving all the A, B & C rank defects in time and achieve the vehicle milestones on time. The activity is very important as it helps in identifying the correct areas to test and also helps in resolving the defects (out of 10K defects) as per their correct priority.
Responsibilities:

  • Completed Test Design review for the Tier1 supplier.
  • Verification of around 10K supplier test cases for the Test enhancement and an aim to reduce the defect leakage to OEM.
  • Standardizing and improving the test cases created by OEM.
  • Monitoring supplier Test execution to identify weak/mature areas in the product and defining effective Test plan and strategy for OEM based on it.
  • Monitoring the Test execution of OEM to check for the maturity of the product with respect to approaching milestone and timeline.
  • Identifying the weak areas in the software and indulging with the supplier in technical discussion to overcome those weak areas.
  • Defined a standard for the Issue Prioritization of Vehicle infotainment defects reducing the subjectivity.
  • Prioritizing the defects raised by all the departments (Multiple Region US, Europe, PRC etc.) of OEM.
  • Validating the defects fixed, together with the validation of the possible side effects.

  • Defect reproducibility check in Test bench environment and improving the quality of defects.
  • Assigning defects to be validated to each engineer based on Vehicle milestones and issue priority (Multiple Vehicle and regions with overlapping Delivery date exists)
  • Issue follow up with the supplier for the quick fixing as per the Vehicle milestones.
