Research Objective:
Master's Research: Centered on chatbots, specifically on steering conversations from casual chit-chat to task-oriented dialogues through proactive questioning. This approach aimed to improve the overall usability and effectiveness of chatbots.
Ph.D. Research: Focus on event temporal reasoning task. I am investigating on the shortcomings of language models in temporal reasoning tasks and working on improving their ability to understand and reason about event sequences.
My goal is to develop more robust AI systems by advancing the understanding and implementation of event temporal reasoning in language models.

1. English Recommendation Engine for iFlytek Learning Machine:
- Integrated text similarity models to detect similarity in sentences and words within test questions, and matched and recommended corresponding questions from the question bank based on similarity.
- Detected English phrases within test questions and extracted Glove features to retrieve and recommend similar phrases from the question bank.
- Extracted Ngram features from multiple-choice question options to support the recommendation functionality.
- Maintained and handled engine crashes and exceptions.
2. English Scoring Engine for iFlytek Learning Machine:
- Integrated and developed OnnxInfer inference functionalities to enhance the scoring engine.
- Developed the engine using multi-threading techniques.
- Fixed memory leak issues within the engine.
3. English Diagnostic Engine for iFlytek Learning Machine:
- Added input parameters for four new question types in the engine.
- Developed vocabulary and grammar diagnostic functionalities.
- Developed a feedback feature to provide evaluations based on essay scoring results.
