Elmer has over 16 years’ experience in the IT Management consulting space with major focus in the Analysis, Design and Implementation of SAP ERP Application Packages in the Order-to-Cash, Procure- to-Pay and Supply Chain related modules. He has also extensive experience in the Integration of 3rd- party Logistics systems, Integration of Non-SAP systems to SAP and Integration of Customer order capturing portals into SAP. The client experiences from various industries has allowed Elmer to be thoroughly exposed in the Business transformations specifically in the field of Order-to-Cash, Procure- to-Pay and Supply Chain Management. The various industries, multi-cultural project experiences made him familiar with the various business transformation as well as project implementation methodologies. With these experiences, he was able to acquaint himself with the entire System Development Lifecycle - Systems Analysis and Requirement specifications, Design, Logical & Physical Data Modelling, Development, Testing and Deployment and Change Management – with focus on Detailed Change Impact analysis of Business transformations from a People, Process and Technology perspective.
