From a US$ 7 Million business moved it to US$ 50 Million in 8 years. Set up S&P Academy and introduced domain modules. Not only growth but also responsible for delivery , P&L, People Retention, New Technology and increase Digital tools. Moved to business and was responsible for primarily Mining, Oil & Gas sector clients. Compete business responsibility. Business grown by 25%. New digital tools introduced in RPA primarily. Help built procurement policies and systems introducing J D Edwards. Responsible not only for Sourcing and Procurement but complete lifecycle of delivery to project location and also all post operations service matters. Operations procurement also rolled up to me. Huge consolidation done bringing in Asia region together and consolidate buys globally. Additionally responsible for one global commodity. Huge savings executed.
