I aspire to work in an environment where I can grow by engaging with diverse cultures and values. I want to leverage the persistence and sense of responsibility developed through kendo, part-time work, and military service to take on global challenges with an international perspective. Especially in global companies, where collaboration with people from different backgrounds is key to creating new value, I aim to work with flexibility and positivity while continuing to grow.

Through my diverse experiences in various environments, I have cultivated adaptability and strong communication skills. In kendo, which I have practiced since elementary school, I hold a third-dan rank and have won a ward-level championship as well as participated in metropolitan-level tournaments. The daily rigorous training taught me perseverance and self-discipline. Additionally, working as part of a team toward shared goals allowed me to develop cooperation and leadership skills. Furthermore, I took a leave of absence from university to fulfill my mandatory military service in the South Korean Army, where I served as a squad leader. Leading a group of soldiers from diverse backgrounds under pressure honed my leadership, responsibility, and problem-solving skills. My part-time work experience includes roles such as a hall staff member at Saizeriya and at a Michelin three-star hotel restaurant, where I strived to enhance customer satisfaction through attentive service and quick response. During delivery work, I cultivated a strong sense of responsibility and efficiency under tight schedules. Additionally, I gained physical endurance and teamwork skills through setting up and dismantling event venues.
