Worked as Technical Lead of Roof system for 3x fully electrical vehicle

• Activities involved are: Benchmarking, concept development, styling feasibility analysis, component and system design, GD & T, packaging study, assembly sequence design, spot weld data creation, clearance and interference checks using Siemens Team-centre.
• Also responsible for Engineering releases, supplier interaction and Onsite-Offshore team management.

Lead Engineer of Rear Floor, Front End module and BIW Static Sealing

• Successfully delivered BIW product design & development of JLR Discovery sports, Evoque, E-PACE.
• As Lead engineer, responsible for Design, Development and Validation of the Body in White Structural and Static sealing system.
• Liaising with manufacturing site base vehicle engineering team, Paint shop team, program management, Purchasing and suppliers to ensure smooth launch and transition of products into the production facility.
• Conduct research as directed and generate concept designs, cost estimates, performance specification and production criteria.
• Responsible for preparing own project timing plans for build support.
• Responsible for managing sourced suppliers to deliver fully engineered system

Responsible for design & development of Sheet metal stamping tools for various forming and cutting dies by understanding customer Press Tool standards.
