One Belt and One Road Enterprise Research - Indonesia Project Team

Project context：It was initiated by Yunnan University, Guangxi University for Nationalities, and the University of Indonesia. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the localization of Chinese-funded enterprises in the countries along the Belt and Road.

• I'm responsible for conducting interviews and research on Chinese companies in Indonesia from April 2019 - October 2019. lead the survey team on the ground, conduct Face-to-face interviews with the senior management, and conduct the questionnaire with employees..

• Actively contributed to the development of Seeing the Unseen: Behind Chinese Tech Giants' Global Venturing by assisting in content creation, structuring, and editing.
  
• Conducted interviews with over 50 senior executives and key decision-makers from Chinese companies venturing abroad, exploring their globalization strategies, challenges, and achievements.
  
• Transcribed interviews into high-quality manuscripts, extracted key insights, and developed core content for the book, integrating real- overseas business case studies and data analysis.
