- To review and approve Purchase requests raised by related BU on a timely basis, based on agreed SLA.
- To understand the approved budget of each BU and monitor and control the consumption of said budget in the daily course of business.
- To review and analyze weekly forecast submission by BUs and do notify BUs of necessary amendment needed.
- Submit the weekly forecast after all correction needed to BP team on relevant tools on a timely basis.
- Analyze the BU monthly result after Actual released.
- Keep tracking BU result for next month and make sure of the result optimization.
- To understand the core business of related BUs to be able to do the daily task smoothly.
- Remind, follow up and help BUs in the course of budgeting and be able to have a close work relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
- Timely review session with Dept. management and BUs in order to address critical areas to avoid repetition.
- To follow processes to be in comply with Company rules and regulation.
- The ability of proper use of Microsoft tool especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have basic knowledge of using online tools like JIRA, DOMO, Anaplan, Confluence.
