I am currently looking for a job where I can keep growing, help others grown and keep learning new things.
I made a 180-degree switch in my career, and now am working as a General Manager Assistant in the Sales Division in one of the sales offices of Fujita Rashi Kouyou, Co., Ltd. (藤田螺子工業株式会社). I am happy I made this change because I discovered skills I was not aware I had, I realized that I can learn and adapt to new environments, and I wish to continue on this path of discovering and developing new skills through different challenges.
Since my start in my new path in the automotive industry sales, I have made significant progress in developing and expanding the business of our company, proving that the skills I have acquired throughout my career have made me a valuable asset anywhere I go.
As General Manager Assistant, I specialized in client prospecting and market analysis within the automotive industry. My role involves identifying emerging trends, cultivating client relationships through effective communication, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. I excel in following up with clients and demonstrate a keen ability to understand their needs. Additionally, I play a crucial role in project development by providing accurate and timely quotes for parts. My key strength lies in my exceptional ability to connect with clients, fostering long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.

I worked as a Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher at an International Primary School, however in the first year I entered I started as a Grade 1 and 3 Physical Education Teacher. In my second year I was a Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher and obtained certification in Vex 123, Vex GO, Vex IQ and VCR and became the lead teacher in the extracurricular Programming lessons for grades 1 and 2.
I loved my school because it is a place where we can enjoy the joy of being with people from many places in the world and I have been fortunate to learn a lot from all my coworkers, especially my supervisor whom I love very much. and I respect him a lot because he gave me the opportunity to prove myself in this country and has constantly supported me to be a better teacher every day.
Key Activities:
I was a branch manager of a small English school franchise in my hometown, I was in charge of contacting potential clients, offering classes to companies, managing the reception and giving private English classes to adults.
I was very grateful to my former employers for giving me the opportunity to grow and for trusting me with one of their branches, I learned a lot from them and I was very sorry to have to resign, but that was around the time I moved to Japan.
Key activities:
I worked on increasing students' reading levels by integrating various learning techniques and also worked with modifying lesson plans for students who need additional guidance.
Also, I integrated technology to diversify the lessons.
I provided personalized attention to each student while maintaining overall focus on the entire group.
I created new lesson plans based on the course objectives and going hand in hand with the students' abilities.
