A masters student in sociology, with IT company internship experience. Fluent in multiple languages and educated in Japanese business culture. As an international dorm community assistant I am excellent at adapting to changeable environments and managing projects. I am highly interested in researching IT trends and newest social media marketing strategies.

Analyzed the companies possible management strategy, based on research of the their key success factor and the virtual gift industry within 5 days.

2019 Co-authored and published a Gender studies related book

Wrote a chapter in japanese on sexual violence against men, as well as edited other seminar classmates chapters. It became a number one selling book in the gender category on Amazon Japan and still continues to be reprinted.

2018 Internship at Recruit　

Drafted a new social media business idea for restaurant/cafes. This was done using the ribbon model and on-site research with a group of 5 people within 2 days. The idea I came up with got voted most interesting by other participants, and our teamwork got rated no.1 by the employee advisors.

2018-2021 International Dormitory Community Assistant: Volunteer

Addressed daily life problems and disputes of 5 residents of different nationalities, based on which I created a system of rules, monitored everyone's behavior and adjusted them according to the residents needs at least once a month. I attended monthly community assistant meetings with 40-50 people where I discussed possible solutions within smaller groups and presented them in front of others. I also organized social events, to promote better mutual understanding and interpersonal relationships.

2019- Attended and assisted at an International Women's Conference

Listened to presentations of numerous researchers on gender issues and facilitated the presenters further discussion after them by providing an organized system and space at the venue.

2018 Interpreter at Foodex

Communicated with Japanese clients and Israeli food manufacturers in Japanese and English to provide smooth business transactions on site.

2016, 2017 Interpreter at Indian Trade Fair

Conveyed messages in both English and Japanese using trading terminology at meetings to ensure excellent bussines deals.
