Organized and detail-oriented candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Motivated to learn and grow and eager to contribute to team success.
Adaptability and teamwork are two valuable skills I learned on the job. I learned to understand when to react quickly to a situation or take a step back and wait for developments. In addition I learned when my assistance is or isn't necessary and to trust my teammates. Overall, this job has taught to work smarter, not to waste energy and deliver results.
I taught Academic Writing, Reading, and Presentation along side TOEFL, iTP/iBT english proficiency test preparation. I learned how to approach each student differently and cater to their strengths and weaknesses. At the same time I also learned how to motivate students to push through and try to focus on their weaker areas and turn them into strengths. I discovered that sometimes two steps back can lead to three alternative steps forward.
