Cheng Xianglin

As an international students in Tohoku university, I can speak fluent Japanese and English during my daily research work. My major is physical chemistry and I am familiar with semiconductors area. I can manufacture nano-devices with surface coating, lithography, etching, sputtering, wire-bonding and evaluate devices with semiconductor parameter analyzer. I also have experience with photo electron spectroscopy. I can grow ultra thin films with PLD or sputtering and use ARPES, XRD, AFM, XPS, Raman, RHEED and 4 terminal resistivity equipment to evaluate the physical properties of thin films. I am very familiar with microsoft office especially excel and powerpoint. For complicate data, I can use Igor to do more difficult math and analysis.
