  • Collaborated with the Planning Officer to secure a spot amongst the first five (5) organizations to enroll in a six (6) year Women In Local Leadership Pilot Project being funded by the Canadian Government.
  • Supervised a team of 13 Unit Heads to prepare necessary documents to ensure we got external funding yearly for developmental projects .
  • Collaborated with a team of 3 to achieve 5th position amongst 261 Municipalities by completing our yearly targets and Key performance indicators with accuracy and efficiency in 2022.
  • Through my initiatives, the organization retrieved funds owed by clients.
