  • Led end-to-end technical presales and implementation support for Insights Hub, an industrial IoT cloud platform, including customer discovery, solution proposals, customized demonstrations, proof-of-concept development, device connectivity, training, and post-sales adoption support.
  • Designed industrial IoT data models and asset schemas by defining asset types, aspect types, variables, asset hierarchies, and mappings between field-device data points and cloud asset variables.
  • Selected device connectivity approaches and communication protocols, configured agents and connectors, connected production equipment and physical devices to the cloud platform, and troubleshot connectivity and data-ingestion issues.
  • Built customer-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions using dashboards, time-series data visualizations, REST API integrations, and Python scripts to collect, transform, validate, and visualize industrial IoT data.
  • Built an integrated Insights Hub and Plant Simulation demonstration from the ground up, including environment preparation, data connectivity, integration logic, and presentation materials.   • Built customer-specific simulation models, wrote SimTalk code, imported and processed customer data, designed simulation scenarios, analyzed results, optimized manufacturing and logistics processes, and presented recommendations to customer stakeholders.
  • Drove a competitive replacement proposal from an existing logistics simulation product to Plant Simulation by analyzing customer requirements, identifying functional gaps, developing customized models, and validating the proposed solution, contributing to the contract award.
  • Expanded an automotive customer opportunity into a larger engagement by proposing and demonstrating an integrated solution combining multiple Siemens products.
