I would like to give you a synopsis on myself to point out the key skills that I can bring to my future professional life.
My strengths are strong desire to improve and my sense of responsibility. I am not satisfied with the current situation and aim to grow positively. When I was in charge of sales, I used proposal methods to achieve monthly performance.
After joining the SBI Group, I set a goal to acquire knowledge and obtain qualifications every year in order to improve my practical skills. I have acquired Nissho Bookkeeping Level 3, ITIL V4, CompTIA Project, Securities Sales Representative 1st Class, Internal Management Officer, and AWS certification. In addition, I thought of efficient methods for the work I was responsible for, proactively proposed to my manager to complete the work efficiently.

I am working together with team member and teach the new joiner for BAU tasks, and on the other hand, take in charge of migration of the IT asset management system from on-premises to Cloud, as the IT Asset management system owner, I coordinated with team member to achieve the system renovation and migration.
During my first year in SBI BITS, I was in charge of general administration and in-house equipment purchasing. I have created manual to standardize the purchasing process and related documents. I have been assigned to the IT department since May 2019 and responsible for IT asset management and IT asset purchasing operations. In order to make IT asset purchasing operations more efficient, I created purchasing process, negotiated with vendors to reduce cost. In IT asset management operations, I am able to centralize the management of the IT asset lifecycle (from purchase to disposal/lease return), and were able to return leased devices immediately and saved on data center rack usage fees.
From Apr. 2016 to Feb. 2018, I was in charge of sales at Cosmonet Co., Ltd. Six months after joining the company, I was ranked number one in the Kanto region for five consecutive months. and then received the in-house newcomer award and bestseller.
