Disclaimer
After spending my life as an architectural practitioner in New York City by involving the construction and design industry, I realized that social involvement in the development would be a more serious issue for social consensus and humanistic development of any subject area. Thus, my contribution as a scholar is to promote the participation of social agents, such as the Japanese town’s Machi Tsukuri 町つくり, for an intensive understanding of the right urban transformation and for the mediation among the local communities and development agents. I achieved my doctoral degree as an early completion in 2 years for 3 years program. All journals listed on the CV pages were peer-reviewed, and I passed the doctoral presentation with serious discussions about the research temporality, the Inceptive Points for further research.
