Skilled Racehorse Management with 9 years of experience. After graduation from the University, I joined Yoshizawa Stable Co., Ltd. which ran by my father. A job of Racehorse Management requires lots of knowledge and techniques - monitoring horse health, hiring riders and grooms, scheduling vet and farrier appointments, discussing about the next race with horse trainer and owner as well as purchasing yearling horses.
I was attracted by racehorse industry because it brings lots of economic profit and also people's dream. Twice a year, I joined the horse auction in the United States as an interpreter and help the company to buy a next superstar horse.
Yoshizawa Stable has 3 stables in Japan - Hokkaido, Ibaraki, Shiga.
I was in a charge of Shiga stable which contains around 200 stalls (horses) with a huge training facility.
I had responsibilities to schedule the training plan for each horse and communicate with each trainer and owner. Not only deciding the scheduling, it was also important to improve the performances and wellbeing of horses towards the target race.
