I am formally trained in teaching primary level as well as in the secondary level majoring in English language and literature, Vernacular and Social Science, understanding diversity at work, workplace ethics, safety at the workplace, dealing with workplace harassment, dealing with workplace violence, change management skills, conducting effective performance review, performance management, Human Resources training for non- human resources managers, new staff orientation, coaching leadership skills, professional supervisor, team building initiatives in the workplace, motivating your workforce and employee dispute resolution. My career purpose is to broaden my knowledge, experiences and skills in administration, strategic planning and leadership management with an organization who may endeavor to utilize my skills in the significant areas mentioned in my profession of choice. I also believe my strongest assets are my strong interpersonal skills which are honesty, self-discipline, reliability, trustworthiness, respect for others, adaptability, perseverance and the desire to learn from experience personal to develop the highest standard possible.
