I am a proactive and communicative Web Developer with proven experience in project leadership. I have a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts, a skill I have cultivated by running a YouTube channel that has grown to over 7,000 subscribers. I am eager to leverage my diverse skills to contribute to business growth.

During my university studies, I served as both Team Leader and Frontend Developer for a project creating a resume-building website for students. In my leadership role, I spearheaded task management and the definition of technical specifications. As a developer, I implemented an intuitive UI/UX using React JS. This dual role was instrumental in developing not only my technical abilities but also my management skills in maximizing team performance.

Additionally, my academic work includes experience in rapid application development, where I designed and built a database application using Kintone. I have also participated in multiple projects for Toppan Inc., which provided me with valuable experience in development processes within a large-scale corporate environment.

Currently, I am undertaking a six-month, long-term internship at an IT company in Japan. In this role, I am actively contributing to multiple real-world projects using Agile methodologies. This experience is invaluable in elevating my academic knowledge to a professional standard.

As a personal initiative, I run an educational YouTube channel focused on IT topics, which has now surpassed 7,000 subscribers. This has significantly developed my ability to "translate" complex technical information into content that is easy for beginners to understand. I am confident this communication skill is a strong asset for fostering clarity and alignment within any team.
