• Working as Thermal Power Plant Engineer with Toshiba's Global Thermal Power Engineering Services division, through QuEST Global Japan.
• Working closely with Electrical design & sales team at Toshiba's global offices and providing Engineering solutions related to Electrical Equipments to resolve customers' issues.
• Provide engineering support to Toshiba's Global Offices for expansion of sales.
• Support Toshiba's global offices in promoting our electrical services to customers timely as per Toshiba's recommendations by preparing OEM technical recommendation documents and promotion documents.

• Worked in Purchase & Contracts team and finalized the Electrical packages for Coal based Thermal Power Plants of 600 MW.
• As Purchase & Contract Engineer, the key deliverables were:
• Analyzing Purchase requisition for clarity on scope of work, technical and quality requirement and budget provision.
• Floating enquiry along with commercial terms and collecting bids accordingly.
• Arranging technical and commercial discussion, clarification after bid evaluation.
• Preparing Internal costing sheet before finalizing any package and final price negotiation with vendor.
• Preparing price comparison and conducting final negotiations.
• Preparing final management approval note and releasing of final contract (Purchase Order and Work Order).
• Identify and develop qualified and reliable vendors to meet organization need.
• Preparing specific Project oriented Commercial terms
• Major packages handled in Purchase & Contract are:
• LT Transformer, HT & LT Power and Control Cables, O&M of Construction Power, Earthing materials, HT & LT Switchgear, miscellaneous BTG and BOP Spares for Thermal Plant etc.

• Worked as Project Engineer in Lanco Infratech Ltd. in below mentioned projects:
  1) 2x600MW Moserbaer Thermal Power Project Anuppur (M.P.)
  EPC Contractor Lanco Infratech ltd. (Period Dec.2011 to April 2016)
  2) 2x600 MW Lanco Anpara Power Project (U.P.)
  EPC Contractor Lanco Infratech ltd. (Period June 2010 to Dec. 2011)

The key deliverables are as mentioned below:
 AVR Erection & Testing (UNITROL 5000). Open and Short Circuit test, Converter & Fan changeover check, Field Flashing test, Generator Voltage build up in Auto and Manual mode, calibration of system.
 Erection & Commissioning of Generator (600MW), LAVT and Excitation Transformer.
 Generator Circuit Breaker- Erection, Site Testing & Commissioning.
 Bus Duct (SPBD/IPBD/NSPBD/AC Bus Duct/ DC Bus Duct) Erection, Testing and commissioning of Generator Bus duct (IPBD), Generator Excitation Bus Duct (AC &DC).
 Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HT/LT Switchgears Panels (11KV, 3.3KV Board), 415 Volt PMCCs & MCCs.
 Erection, Testing and Commissioning of LT Transformer, HT&LT Motors (ID Fan, FD Fan, MDBFP, PA Fan, CW Pump, ACW Pump, Compressor).
 Erection and commissioning of 11/0.415 kV Construction Power, Operation & Maintenance of 11/.415 KV substations.
 Erection & commissioning of Battery Charger.
 Planning and discussing the site activities with the contractors/departments involved and removing the bottle necks to achieve the target in time.
 Involved in Site engineering, process planning, procedures & scheme finalization Preparing documentation and pre check list, quality checking, inspection.
 Coordination & follow up with owner to achieve targets.
 Inventory management, Material management in SAP using PS, MM module.
 Identifying & finalizing the contractors ensuring quality supply of materials for effective Project development.
 Certifying the supply bills of vendors (in SAP) and raising the billing advices for Owner billing. Keeping the record of Cash inflow & outflow of the respective packages.
 Taking proactive measures to find the material shortage & taking the required steps for its procurement with the time limit.
 Raise the purchase requisition in SAP, float the inquiry, clear all the technical issues and submit the final commercial offer to purchase department for the order finalization of small and urgent delivery items.
 Identifying and preparing the Extra work orders/claims.
 Closing of Contract for all the packages.

• Involved in Designing, Manufacturing of LT Switchgear MCC, PMCC Panels.
• Handson experience in LT Panels electrical wiring.
