- This is a very hands-on position, where I am responsible for day-to-day operations from pruning, canopy management, application of pesticides, under vine mowing, grape sampling and anything in between
- Our team is small, comprising of viticulturist, me (assistant vineyard manager), one full time vineyard hand and two casual vineyard hands, plus labour hire when necessary
- Part of the role is to make sure everyone involved in the production is skilled, motivated, productive and safety minded.
